How it started

My name is Waed Ayyash the founder of Nanny direct which was created in 2024 due to a gap in the market for reliable and trustworthy babysitters. Being a sitter myself I came to understand from parents, residents and tourists that recommendations are far more valuable than the time taken to individually find, interview and reference check sitters from other online sources. I noticed family members and close friends in Jerusalem struggling to find a quality, trustworthy babysitter that met their needs and figured there must be a solution. That’s why Nanny direct was created; a mobile application and website designed to connect parents or guardians with reliable and trustworthy babysitters in their local area. The app typically allows parents to search for and book babysitters based on their availability, experience, location, and other relevant criteria. a flexible babysitter for the weekends.
